- Mistakes
- Mistakes caused by Novawebtech are always corrected free of charge. You never receive an invoice for those.
- Switching
- You can switch between the two monthly packages at any time. No amount depends on how many visitors your website has: a website that does well does not get more expensive here.
- VAT
- No VAT is shown, in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business rule) — the amounts stated are final prices.

How the work is done here.
There is no project office and no ticket system behind Novawebtech. Your contact stays the same person, from the first conversation to the change that comes up a year later.
Novawebtech is new. That is why you will find no client list and no number of completed projects here. In their place stand the three promises above and this website itself: the most solid work sample there is for it.
The standard is a simple one. A website should load fast, work on every device and take work off your hands rather than create new work.

What does a website cost?
There are two amounts: a one-off price for the build and a monthly fee for running it. For the monthly fee there are two packages to choose from — with and without changes included. The starting prices are stated openly under Pricing.
What your project costs depends on its scope. The exact amount comes out of the first conversation, and it is binding: you learn it before you decide, and there is no additional billing if the project takes longer than expected.
How long does it take?
That depends on the scope and on how quickly your content (texts, images, logo) is available. You receive a binding timeframe after the first conversation, once the effort can be assessed.
Can I edit content myself later on?
You do not have to. You report what you want changed, and Novawebtech carries it out. How many changes are included in the monthly amount depends on the package you chose and is stated under Pricing. That is exactly what the monthly maintenance is for — so you never have to learn a content management system you need three times a year.
Is there ongoing maintenance as well?
Yes, that is the core of the offer. The monthly fee covers hosting on AWS, technical maintenance, security updates and your content changes within the agreed scope. It can be cancelled monthly.
